Japanese academia has verified through clinical studies the intervention effects of natural ingredients on hormone- and age-related diseases. A randomized controlled trial in Shizuoka Prefecture found that enoki mushroom extract (rich in adenosine) can significantly improve male menopausal symptoms and increase testosterone levels. Meanwhile, quercetin supplements have been shown to enhance muscle strength in the elderly, with effects comparable to high-intensity training. At Nagasaki International University, specially cultivated bean sprouts (rich in kemethorol) were used to increase human testosterone levels, with clinical trial participants showing an average hormone level increase of about 15 times. These studies demonstrate the potential of nutritional molecular therapy in health management.
